  • Elevated B2C communications: Redesigned the company’s visual brand in 2019, formalized
    value proposition and product features/attributes to ensure consistent communications across departments, developed sales support documents, printed literature, B2C emails, and introduced an eCommerce revenue channel with a product-focused website.
  • 2x increase in lead prospecting efficiency: Overhauled the lead prospecting process to cut waste and automate tasks, cut related work in half (saving approximately $25,000 annually), and enabled the team to pivot with changing market conditions.

  • Optimized ticket sales with yield management tactics: Analyzed venue seating to establish ticket price tiers and deployed inventory release strategies to increase the patron’s feeling of urgency and generate demand.
  • Elevated storytelling: Increased the impact of event promotion by elevating the quality
    of the creative in the promotional items, newspaper ads, and social media content, and increased advertising reach by introducing genre-related internet radio ads (Pandora).

A national chain of 47 clothing resale stores in 17 different markets. 

  • Increased process efficiencies 2x: Introduced time-saving processes and tools to automate design layout and to easily output print files for store materials and newspaper ads in half of the time, saving .5 FTE and roughly $50,000 annually.
  • Increased advertising reach/frequency whilst reducing spend: Optimized media buying practices to focus on comparatively low-cost placements, more prominent ad spots, and higher frequency, increased reach by adding geotargeted digital and online radio (Pandora) spots to run in specific markets, and still reduced total advertising spend.
  • Elevated PR and media strategy: Operationalized media outreach in 17 markets by replacing manual tasks with automated subscription services to report on social media engagement, customer sentiment, and media mentions, allowing the team to redirect our energy toward critical tasks.
